Looking for 5 agencies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark to shape Fairnote

Your apps changed the deal. Here's the note.

Fairnote reads the pricing pages and terms of the tools your agency pays for, for yourselves and for clients, and leaves you a short note when something changes. Including how the change compares with the rest of the market. It's not quite finished, so we'd love 45 minutes of your honest opinion.

How the pilot works. No catch, but here's the fine print anyway.

    Tell us about your agency

A few short questions about your agency and tools, so we invite the right mix.

  2. 02 · by 30 November

    We pick 5 test agencies

Five agencies that together cover lots of different tools. We email them to book a time.

  3. 03 · test, then thank-you

Each tester gets a gift card

45 minutes on video, clicking through an early version on your phone. Then a gift card worth NOK 500 (or the same in SEK or DKK), cinema or Amazon, your choice, and free early access when Fairnote opens.

Not up for a session? Pick "Just the price report" and we'll send you our monthly price report: what changed, by how much, and how it compares with the category average.

You'd be perfect if…

You don't need to know anything about design or tech. We want real opinions from people who pay for their own tools.

  • You run or work at a small agency (2–20 people) in Norway, Sweden or Denmark
  • You pay for five or more subscriptions, for yourselves or for clients
  • A price hike or renewal has caught you off guard (bonus, not required)

Two minutes. We use your answers only to pick a good mix of testers and to write the price report, and we never share them.

Our own fine print: no card, no spam, one-click unsubscribe. We'll delete your answers when the pilot ends, by 31 January 2027 at the latest, unless you want to keep getting the price report.

Questions

What happens in a test session?

We meet on video for 45 minutes. You open an early version on your phone, try a few things and say what you think. There are no wrong answers. We're testing Fairnote, not you.

How do you pick the testers?

Everyone who picks "Test it with you" by 27 November is considered. We pick five agencies that together give a good mix of sizes and tools, and email them by 30 November. Each tester gets a gift card worth NOK 500 or the same in your currency (cinema or Amazon, your choice) after their session. Not picked? You still get the price report. Nothing to buy.

Is the pilot only for Norwegian agencies?

No. It's open to agencies in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The site is in Norwegian and English, and we can run the test session in any Scandinavian language or English, whichever you prefer.

What is the price report?

A short email once a month: which tools changed their price, plan or terms, by how much, and how the change compares with the category average. The first one arrives at the end of November.

Is the session recorded?

Only if you say yes at the start. Recordings stay with the team and are deleted when the pilot ends, by 31 January 2027 at the latest.

Do I need to share my accounts or invoices?

No. You only tell us which tools you use. Nothing connects to your accounts.

Will Fairnote cost money later?

Watching a few tools will stay free. If paid plans come, pilot agencies hear about it first, in plain English.
